The Mansell Overlook Conference Center at 500 Colonial Center Parkway is available to tenants and includes:
- Conference Room – accommodates up to 80 people with multiple layout options
- Boardroom – accommodates up to 12 people
- Shared lounge area and kitchen with full-size refrigerator, Keurig, ice maker and microwave
- AV equipment, complimentary 1 GB Wi-Fi and HDMI / USB-C connections
The conference room rate is $200 per day. The boardroom rate is $150 per day. Catering is welcome.
The Mansell Overlook Training Center at 200 Mansell Court East is available to tenants and includes:
- Training Center – accommodates up to 32 people
The training center rate is $175 per day. Catering is welcome.
Fitness Center
Stay active without leaving the office in the fitness center at 300 Colonial Center Parkway. Membership is $50 per year; once payment and the waiver forms are received by the management office, access badges are activated within 24–48 hours.
